¿NECESITAS LENTES NUEVOS? ¡LAS JORNADAS DE SALUD VISUAL YA VIENEN!

Este año Fundación UAM está entusiasmada por comenzar las Jornadas de Salud Visual en las 5 unidades de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (Azcapotzalco, Cuajimalpa, Iztapalapa, Lerma y Xochimilco). 

Las Jornadas de Salud Visual pertenecen a un programa de Fundación UAM que favorece la salud de los estudiantes de licenciatura que pertenecen a la universidad. Para obtener este beneficio se debe seguir un proceso en el que los interesados se registren para una evaluación oftalmológica; posteriormente se les otorgan lentes graduados gratis o a bajo costo.

Esta iniciativa se lleva a cabo en conjunto con Fundación Devlyn y a las aportaciones de los Miembros Afiliados de la Fundación que buscan brindar este beneficio a los alumnos que más lo necesitan.

Este programa comenzó en diciembre del 2021 arrancando con la Unidad Iztapalapa y cubriendo el resto de las unidades en el 2022 (Azcapotzalco, Cuajimalpa, Lerma y Xochimilco) favoreciendo a cerca de 1500 alumnos UAM.

Fundación UAM está comprometida con la continuación de este programa para que se realice de forma anual y permanente en cada unidad en beneficio de la comunidad.
