Ing. Gabriela León Gutiérrez

Gabriela León es cofundadora de Gresmex en 1999, una empresa a la vanguardia de un desarrollo de la nanobiomolécula Nbelyax®, un nuevo ingrediente antimicrobiano que elimina virus, bacterias, esporas, hongos y microbacterias.

Nbelyax es el ingrediente activo de los productos antisépticos y desinfectantes más innovadores en el mundo, así como productos de higiene bucal y una nueva línea agrícola. Estos productos se utilizan principalmente en hospitales contra las infecciones intra-hospitalarias, los cultivos y el riesgo biológico del patrimonio cultural.  

Tiene Propiedad Intectual en patentes otorgadas en 25 países y pendientes en 110 más, así como diversas marcas registradas a nivel mundial.

Gabriela ha participado en diversos foros nacionales e internacionales como el Día Internacional de la Propiedad Intelectual, el Foro Americano de PYMES de las Naciones Unidas, el Diálogo Económico de Alto Nivel entre México y los Estados Unidos, el Mercado Empresarial Global de APEC y la Cumbre de las Américas de la Fundación Clinton, y reuniones privadas con personas como Christine Lagarde, y Michael Dell entre otros.

Ha recibido numerosos premios y reconocimientos, entre ellos:  Emprendedor del Año en la categoría de impacto social en 2012 de Ernst & Young, miembro de la red DWEN (Michael Dell), y el Premio Nacional de Salud en 2016, el Premio ADIAT a la Innovación de México 2018 y Premio Estatal de Ciencia e Innovación, Edo Mex 2018. 

Su empresa también fue nombrada como proyecto estratégico de prioridad nacional por la Secretaría de Economía, nominada al Premio de la Tecnología Pionera en  2015 por el Foro Económico Mundial y forma parte de la Aceleradora Global de la Fundación de las Naciones Unidas.

Reconocida por Forbes como una de la 100 Mujeres Poderosas 2019.
